Dwayne Allen is SVP & CTO at Unisys, a global IT services company. Reporting to the CEO, he is responsible for driving strategic priorities to help accelerate the value Unisys delivers to clients, including the company’s priority focus on Generative AI. He also has responsibility for Innovation, Architecture, Intellectual Property, Patents and other strategic business and client related strategies. Prior to Unisys Dwayne worked at Microsoft as a Global Digital Strategist. There he led engagements with the company’s major global clients reimagining their business and future outcomes through digital innovation and transformation. Before Microsoft he was CIO at Masonite International and at Cummins as division CIO of the Components business segment. Dwayne’s other includes roles as vice president of IT at Fifth Third Bank, Division CIO at Wells Fargo, Director of IT Strategy at Marriott International. 

Dwayne is on the board of directors of Cross Country Healthcare, a market-leading healthcare workforce solutions and advisory firm, and is past board director of KPIT, an IT and Engineering company in India. Dwayne was recognized in the 2024 list of 100 Black Board Directors Making a difference by Board Prospects magazine. He also won Florida 2023 CIO/CTO of the year (known as the ORBIE Award), was a 2023 Finalist for ITSMF Technology Executive of the year and was named to 2022 Top 50 IT Execs by C-Suite Alumni Spotlight. Dwayne earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia, an MBA from George Washington University, and completed the Yale University Leadership Program.
